Description
The previous study found that the expression level of miR-215 in the small intestine of E. coli F18-sensitive group was significantly higher than that of the resistant group, which suggested that miR-215 may be an important miRNA regulating E. coli resistance. Therefore, this study performed a transcriptome sequencing analysis of miR-215-interfered cell lines in order to explore possible miR-215 target genes and key regulatory genes or signaling pathways, and further analyze the molecular mechanism of weaned pigs'' resistance to E.coli F18 diarrhea.
