Expression data from PAO1 and its creBC derivative mutant (PAOcreBC)
  • organism-icon Pseudomonas aeruginosa
  • sample-icon 18 Downloadable Samples
  • Technology Badge Icon Affymetrix Pseudomonas aeruginosa Array (paeg1a)

Description

We used microarrays to determine the expression profile of the P. aeruginosa creBC mutant regarding its parental wild type strain PAO1.

Publication Title

The Pseudomonas aeruginosa CreBC two-component system plays a major role in the response to β-lactams, fitness, biofilm growth, and global regulation.

Transcriptomic analysis of A. thaliana roots in response to carbenicillin
  • organism-icon Arabidopsis thaliana
  • sample-icon 9 Downloadable Samples
  • Technology Badge IconIllumina HiSeq 2000

Description

A. thaliana plants were grown in 1/2 MS medium in the presence of carbenicillin (10 µg·mL-1) for 1 or 7 days and RNA from their roots extracted and sequenced in Illumina HiSeq 2000/5000 (2x50 bp). Overall design: Total RNA obtained from A. thaliana roots grown in the absence (mock) or presence of carbenicillin (10 µg·mL-1) for 1 or 7 days. Three replicas per experiment.

Global transcriptome analysis identifies shade avoidance-related genes regulated by BBX24 in Arabidopsis thaliana
  • organism-icon Arabidopsis thaliana
  • sample-icon 8 Downloadable Samples
  • Technology Badge Icon Affymetrix Arabidopsis ATH1 Genome Array (ath1121501)

Description

In seedlings, the induction of shade avoidance syndrome (SAS) involves a rapid up-regulation for known shade marker genes and subsequently activates an interacting network of various hormones that will eventually lead to cell elongation. We found that the B-box protein AtBBX24 have positive effects on the SAS (positive regulators). Global expression analysis of col and bbx24 seedlings reveals that a large number of genes involved in hormonal signaling pathways are positively regulated by BBX24 in response to simulated shade.

Publication Title

The transcriptional regulator BBX24 impairs DELLA activity to promote shade avoidance in Arabidopsis thaliana.

Expression data from intact and ventilation-preconditioned murine lungs
  • organism-icon Mus musculus
  • sample-icon 6 Downloadable Samples
  • Technology Badge Icon Affymetrix Mouse Gene 2.0 ST Array (mogene20st)

Description

To study the effects of previous exposure to mechanical ventilation may modify the development of Ventilator-induced lung injury, preconditioning was induced by low-pressure ventilation for 90 minutes. After 1 week, intact (sham) and preconditioned mice were sacrificed, the lungs extracted and gene expression measured in order to identify differences responsible for the observed tolerance to ventilator-induced lung injury observed in preconditioned animals.

Publication Title

Exposure to mechanical ventilation promotes tolerance to ventilator-induced lung injury by Ccl3 downregulation.

Regulation of xylem fiber differentiation by gibberellins through DELLA-KNAT1 interaction
  • organism-icon Arabidopsis thaliana
  • sample-icon 12 Downloadable Samples
  • Technology Badge IconNextSeq 500

Description

Our analysis indicates that at least 37% of the transcriptome mobilized by KNAT1 is potentially dependent on this interaction, and includes genes involved in secondary cell wall modifications and phenylpropanoid biosynthesis. Overall design: Seven-day-old Arabidopsis wild-type (No-0) and 35S::KNAT1 seedlings growing in MS plates under continuous light were transferred to a liquid growing medium supplemented with 10 µM paclobutrazol (PAC) for 18 h. Seedlings were then incubated with 10 µM PAC+100 µM GA3 or maintained in 10 µM PAC for 5 h.

Publication Title

Regulation of xylem fiber differentiation by gibberellins through DELLA-KNAT1 interaction.

  • organism-icon Arabidopsis thaliana
  • sample-icon 26 Downloadable Samples
  • Technology Badge IconNextSeq 500

Description

This GEO submission includes RNAseq raw data (fastq) and processed data (using ASpli 1.6.0) from samples obtained in the wild type and the single prefoldin4 and lsm8 mutants in three different environmental conditions as well as in the triple prefoldin2 prefoldin4 prefoldin6 mutant growth in standard conditions. Overall design: 28 biological samples from 10 different conditions and genopypes, including the Col-0 WT in each condition (standard, cold and salt conditions)

Publication Title
