Integrative genomic characterization of oral squamous cell carcinoma identifies frequent somatic drivers.
Sex, Specimen part
View SamplesWe sought to identify genes and gene signatures which correlate with progression by sampling human melanomas from nevi, primary, and metastatic tumors. The large number of samples also permits analysis within groups.
Integrative genome comparison of primary and metastatic melanomas.

View SamplesOral cavity squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is a disease with extensive morbidity and mortality and few useful molecular targets.
Integrative genomic characterization of oral squamous cell carcinoma identifies frequent somatic drivers.

View SamplesExpression was generated on tumors from 41 iBIP mice, which were previously described (Kwong, JCI, 2015).
Oncogenic BRAF-Mediated Melanoma Cell Invasion.

View SamplesAdenocarcinomas of the ampulla of Vater are classified as biliary cancers, though the exact epithelium of origin for these cancers is not known.

View SamplesExpression profiling of a panel of urothelial cancer cells. The goal of the study is to exam the genome wide expression profile in each of the 30 urothelial cancer cells tested in our laboratory
Identification of distinct basal and luminal subtypes of muscle-invasive bladder cancer with different sensitivities to frontline chemotherapy.

Modeling a lethal prostate cancer variant with small-cell carcinoma features.
Specimen part, Disease
View SamplesIL-2 mutant (F42K) is a variant of IL-2 that binds preferentially to the lower affinity IL-2R and has minimal binding to CD25, on Tregs, effector NK and T-cell subsets. Our recent study has uncovered that in contrast to WT IL-2, F42K did not efficiently induce the expansion of highly suppressive ICOS+ Tregs in PBMC from healthy controls and melanoma patients whereas it did promote the expansion of NK cells.

View SamplesPurpose: Small-cell prostate carcinoma (SCPC) morphology predicts for a distinct clinical behavior, resistance to androgen ablation, and frequent but short responses to chemotherapy. The model systems we report reflect the biology of the human disease and can be used to improve our understanding of SCPC and to develop new therapeutic strategies for it.
