Preclinical CNS changes following peripheral murine RML prion challenge
  • organism-icon Mus musculus
  • sample-icon 12 Downloadable Samples
  • Technology Badge Icon Affymetrix Mouse Expression 430A Array (moe430a)

Description

Mice were challenged with either RML prions or mock brain homogenate intraperitoneally. Whole brains were harvested and processed at 145 days post-inoculation, with mice reaching terminal stages of disease in this model at approximately 200 days post-inoculation.

SOX9 overexpression in melanoma
  • organism-icon Homo sapiens
  • sample-icon 6 Downloadable Samples
  • Technology Badge Icon Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array (hgu133plus2)

Description

SOX9 is generally not expressed in melanomas with a high proliferative capacity but is expressed in melanomas with a high invasive capacity. Here we overexpress full length SOX9 in M010817, a melanoma cell culture with high proliferative capacity but low invasive capacity.

Publication Title

Methylation-dependent SOX9 expression mediates invasion in human melanoma cells and is a negative prognostic factor in advanced melanoma.

Microrray expression data of Osteoarthritis synovial fibroblasts (OASF) transfected with TBX5
  • organism-icon Homo sapiens
  • sample-icon 4 Downloadable Samples
  • Technology Badge Icon Affymetrix Human Exon 1.0 ST Array [probe set (exon) version (huex10st)

Description

TBX5 is hypomethylated in Rheumatoid Arthritis synovial fibroblasts (RASF). Hypomethylation increased the TBX5 expression in RASF.

Publication Title

Epigenome analysis reveals TBX5 as a novel transcription factor involved in the activation of rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts.
